Video Support(IMPORTANT):
Our videos are created to be compatible with the most recent software available at the time when the video was created. However, Windows Media update their software on a regular basis that we are not responsible for. Although we've made every attempt to make sure that all of our videos are compatible with the most recent software, this is not always the case and certain videos may not play on your system depending on what version of video player you are using and your operating system.

Our most recent movies are in the Windows Media format. We have yet to encounter any problems with Windows Media. If you do have any problem with Windows Media files, please download and install the most recent version of Windows Media before contacting us.
